Details concerning Warranty Service are spelled out on the Warranty Card included with your Mackie product.

If you think your Mackie Product has a problem, please do everything you can to confirm it before calling for service. This includes reading through the Troubleshooting section of your owner's manual and checking out the options at left. Doing so might save you from deprivation of your Mackie product and the associated suffering. Of all Mackie products returned for service (which is hardly any at all), roughly 50% are coded "CND" or Could Not Duplicate, which usually means the problem lies somewhere else in the system. Please do everything you can to document your problem and how to reproduce it.


If your U.S. Mackie product needs service, please follow these instructions:

  1. Review the troubleshooting suggestions in your owner's manual and check out Frequently Asked Questions on this site.
  2. Call Tech Support at 1-800-898-3211, 7am to 5pm, Pacific Time, M-F to explain the problem and request an SR (Service Request) number. Have your Mackie product's serial number(s) ready. You must have an SR number before you can obtain service at an authorized service center.
  3. Tech Support will refer you to our network of local service centers or to a regional service location. It is a good idea to contact the service center before you take your product to them to be repaired; be sure to ask what their current turn-around times are.
  4. Take your product to the service center along with your SR number and a copy of your sales receipt. Note: a sales receipt from an authorized Mackie dealer is required for warranty coverage. Be sure to give a detailed explanation of the problems to the service center so they can duplicate it.
If there is no local service center near your city, you may wish to ship it to one of our regional service locations. Follow these instructions for shipping: Set aside the power cord, owner's manual, or anything else that you'll ever want to see again. Pack the product in its original package, including packing corners. This is very important. Mackie and its service centers are not responsible for any damage that may occur due to improper packaging. Include a legible note stating your name, shipping address (no P.O. boxes), daytime phone number, SR number, and a detailed description of the problem, including how we can duplicate it. Write the SR number in BIG PRINT on top of the box. Ship the product to the service center. We suggest insurance for all forms of cartage.
