- Owners Manuals:
We take pride in our owner’s manuals, so we've made them as entertaining and informative as possible. Use the “find” function when the PDF manual is open, then type simple key words. Repair, Parts, and Warranty Issues:
If your gear is not working, inside or outside of warranty, this section will guide you on the path to a solution, and get you up and running again. If you are in need of parts and/or labor, our authorized service centers will be the place to redeem your warranty and purchase spare parts.

- Artist Relations: Thank you for your interest in the Mackie Endorsement Program.
To be considered for endorsement, please provide the following:
- a copy of your current CD (and video if available)
- a current press kit including contact and management information
- a current tour schedule
- dates of your next St. Louis, MO or Seattle, WA performance
- a list of Mackie products you currently use and product you desire for endorsement.
