SDR24/96 Firmware upgrade Version 1.2.0

Warnings:
	Requires version 1.0.4 or higher. If your SDR is currently running firmware version 1.0.0, you must install firmware version 1.0.4 before upgrading to version 1.2.0!!
	Read Me First Document. Before attempting to update the firmware on your SDR24/96, be sure to read and understand the attached READ ME FIRST document before proceeding. If the upgrade is not performed correctly, your unit may need to be returned to the factory to be reprogrammed.
