DSP Section
The alphanumeric Vacuum Fluorescent Display
shows parameters for Plugs-Ins such as EQ, reverb, NR, etc.,
in four sections, each relative to a V-Pot™. It allows
you to select a DSP Plug-In or to change the parameters of
that Plug-In.
 Dedicated
SELECT switches and
V-Pots™ let you modify values for the "frontmost"
DSP Plug-Ins. Pro Tools 4.1 supports a logical paging scheme
for parameter groups of four or more.
Switch Matrix
Along with eight multi-tasking function
keys, this part of HUI includes subsections for…
AUTO
ENABLE to globally enable the automation of fader levels,
pans, mutes, send levels, and Plug-In parameters.
AUTO
MODE for selecting individual channel automation mode
(record or playback). Includes READ, TOUCH, WRITE, LATCH,
TRIM, and OFF buttons.
STATUS/GROUP
contains AUTO, MONITOR, PHASE, and GROUP, which are displayed
on the channel scribble strips. CREATE and SUSPEND are group
functions.
EDIT
functions include quick access to CUT, PASTE, SEPARATE, COPY,
and DELETE. |
