That's right we said Sausagefest... A one-stop shop for the average beer, meat and music lover. Redhook Beer, Meat-Centric Food Vendors, Live Music, UW vs. Nebraska Jumbo Screen, Meat Raffle, Rock Climbing Wall and Corn Hole Competitions.
As a toast to another great summer in the Northwest, this beer fest offers one last chance to kick back, enjoy the weather and a few of your favorite things. On September 18th the lush grounds of Redhook Ale Brewery will be transformed into a vibrant festival that's all about great craft, local music and man's favorite food: meat.
Yes. For the thousandth time. There will be girls.
THE BEER:
There will be 8 different Redhook brews on draught at Sausagefest, a flavor for every palate and every pairing. Choose from favorites such as Redhook ESB, Long Hammer IPA, Redhook Blonde, Copperhook Copper Ale and Blackhook Porter, or get back to the roots with Big Ballard Imperial IPA. Above all make sure to try our new Meathook Ale, specifically brewed for Sausagefest. Meathook is a smoked dark lager brewed with specialty malts that impart a hint of maple bacon.
THE MEAT:
Here is a sneak peek at what Sausagefest will have to offer: Salumi will be serving up a salami sampler, Uli's Famous Sausage with a sausage sampler, Fletcher's ESB brats will be served at the Forecaster's Booth, and Dante's Inferno Dogs will have a bacon wrapped brat, jalapeno & cheese sausage and more.
We will have the best BBQ in Seattle, gourmet cheeses, beef jerky and sticks, maple bacon ice cream and much more.
Redhook's Forecasters Pub will be serving larger, meal-sized items: ESB brat, buffalo burgers, portabello mushroom burger, potato salad, baked beans & Caesar salad.
THE MUSIC:
A line-up of popular local bands endorsed by KEXP will play on the main stage all day.

THE COMPETITION:
As you enjoy Redhook beer and sample your way through the grounds, you will have the chance to cast your vote for your favorite vendor. The winning vendor will be awarded an ultimate grilling package including a BBQ, grilling utensils and gourmet salts and rubs.
THE ENTERTAINMENT:
Beyond the beer, food and music there will also be a live viewing party for the UW Husky vs. Nebraska game on a jumbo 9’x12’ screen. Additionally there will be a Redhook Sausagefest interactive mural, a rock climbing wall, a Corn Hole (bean bag toss) area, a meat raffle, merchandise booth and giveaways.
THE CAUSE:
Redhook is a loyal partner of The Market Foundation which raises funds to support the four human service agencies located in Pike Place Market: the Pike Market Medical Clinic, Senior Center, Child Care & Preschool, and Downtown Food Bank. One dollar from every Sausagefest ticket sold and 10% of all vendor merchandise Redhook will donate back to the Market Foundation in efforts to continue support of our local communities.
