needed a new mixer and needed a computer interface and that's when i bought the Onyx 1640. This is an awesome mixer. The onyx preamps sound wicked. the firewire card the this can have is a deffenitly good buy. Me and by band just finished our demo and it sounds better then any studio around town. I'm glad to own one.
