I woke up to 15,000 emails when my little video that I mixed on my Mackie DFX 12 (1000 gigs and still going strong!) was featured on You Tube.
I had offers from major labels and publishers from around the world and I had to go see these labels and play for them live (no pressure!).
I took the most reliable things I had and that included the Mackie DFX 12.
Now I continue to play auditions for publishers, distributors and radio.
I will continue to keep Mackie boards close to me because I know they pass a clean sound with a musical EQ each and every time.
I choose Mackie because, for me, "suck" is not an option.
